Dear ESN Växjö members!
It is time for our Annual Meeting!
It will take place on Wednesday the 19th of September, 14:00 online. We will use zoom to hold the meeting.

It is necessary for the approval of the meeting that our members show up. Below you can read our statues and as a member you have the ability to request a change to the statues or propose a motion.
Here are our statues:
Propositions from the board will be sent out September 12th. If you would like to propose a motion and change/add a statute item, you need to send it to [email protected] before September 12th 17:00.
All of our members are welcomed to this event, don't forget to have your ESNcard with you so you'll be elegible to vote online.

Every year, the week before studies begin is dedicated to parties and fun activities around campus that are organised by the student associations.
Every association has a spot on campus where they gather to celebrate the upcoming academic year and meet their new colleagues.
This year, ESN Växjö (VIS) will have a kick-off event for 2 days (FRI, SAT) for newly arrived international students (and students who have been here already)
Take this opportunity to relax after the orientation days and meet new people, make new friends, and learn how to party in Sweden!
The event is free of charge, bring your own drinks and snacks!
MEET UP SPOT: Trumpet in front of H Building
LOCATION: BETWEEN VIDEUM AND ANFIUM
